  3.  Network,  a  subsidiary of Data Management Consultants, Inc. for the purpose
  4.  of  distribution  to  affiliate Bulletin Board Systems throughout the United
  5.  States  of  America  and  abroad.
  6.      This publication and its contents are Copyright (C) 1988 by Data Manage-
  7.  ment  Consultants,  Inc.,  and is protected as intellectual property. It has
  8.  been  approved  by  the  Publisher  to  be freely distributed to BBS systems
  9.  interested  in  carrying  it,  BUT  IT  IS  NOT  IN  THE  PUBLIC DOMAIN.
  10.      As  a SYSOP of a BBS, you may obtain a copy of this publication from any
  11.  affiliate  BBS  or from DMC OnLine TeleCommunications Network (501 636-2281)
  12.  for  your  own  private  viewing. You may NOT post it on your system for the
  13.  purpose  of  viewing  by your user community UNLESS you are a DMC Authorized
  14.  Affiliate  BBS  and  are  a  subscriber  to  this  online  magazine.
  15.      The subscription rates for DMC OnLine Today vary depending on the method
  16.  of  distribution.  They  are  as  follows :

  18.      $3  per  month  payable  annually ($36 per year) if you download it from
  19.  DMC  OnLine  TeleCommunications  Network,  or obtain a copy of it from other
  20.  sources  within  the  DMC  Today  Affiliate  Network.
  21.      $5  per  month  payable annually ($60 per year) if you opt that DMC will
  22.  mail  to  you,  on  360k 5.25" diskette, all files necessary on the first of
  23.  each  month.
  24.      $10  per month payable annually ($120 per year) if you opt that DMC will
  25.  UPLOAD  the  magazine  to  your  BBS  on  the  first  of  each month.

  27.      As  mentioned  above,  you are hereby authorized to obtain a copy of the
  28.  magazine  for  your  own private viewing without obligation. You may NOT put
  29.  the  magazine  online  to  your  users in ANY form without prior becoming an
  30.  authorized  Affiliate  BBS with DMC and paying the annual subscription fees.
  31.      We  are putting this magazine in your hands in good faith, that you will
  32.  not  abuse  this  distribution method, and that we may expose as many SYSOPS
  33.  as  possible  to  the  product  we  have  to offer. A list of DMC Authorized
  34.  Affiliate  Boards  may  be obtained at any time for download from DMC OnLine
  35.  TeleCommunications  Network  at  (501)  636-2281.  If  you  are aware of any
  36.  BBS  utilizing  this online publication for the benefit of its users that is
  37.  not  an Authorized DMC Affiliate Board, please notify us immediately so that
  38.  we  may  take  the  approapriate  legal  action.
  39.      The price of $36 per year ($3 per month) is indeed reasonable in view of
  40.  the fact that it is in the same price ballpark as conventional publications.
  41.  It is smaller than these publications, but you should also keep in mind that
  42.  in  catering exclusively to BBS Sysops we do not have the entire user market
  43.  to  draw  from  for  subscriptions.
  44.     If this magazine is to succeed, we need your help, both in enforcing this
  45.  license  agreement  and  in  producing enough paying subscribers to continue
  46.  our  efforts  to  produce  a  quality  online  publication.
